Cathryn Edmondson, Lead Consultant



Cathryn is a Chartered CIPD reward and talent specialist with experience across both consultancy and in‑house HR.


She has delivered leadership development and assessment programmes for major brands and now leads reward projects at Innecto for clients including Arsenal FC, Oxfam, and innocent drinks.


She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Holly is an experienced HR professional with a background spanning the NHS, local government, not‑for‑profit organisations, and the private sector.


She has led initiatives including flexible benefits, modern leave policies, pay framework design, and major compliance projects such as EWTD implementation for NHS Trusts.


As a Level 7 CIPD and PRINCE2 practitioner, she brings both practical insight and strategic expertise to her consultancy work.
